Bruno Tognolini

Bruno Tognolini is an Italian writer “for children and their grown-ups”. He is the author of over 50 children’s books, as well as TV programs for RAI television, plays, essays, songs and video games. As a wandering poet around Italy, he has been meeting children and adults for over 25 years. He won Premio Andersen in 2007 and 2011 and was the first and only children’s writer ever to receive the award for the Best Book of the Year assigned by Fahrenheit RAI Radio 3. brunotognolini.com Giulia Orecchia studied Visual Design at the Polytechnic School of Design in Milan where she met Bruno Munari and other famous graphic designers. She started working as a freelance illustrator in 1980.
